A living room furnished with objects and products that have never, or just not yet entered industrial production. Early-stage prototypes pre-launch gems developed but never released, or designs that are simply put on hold. Too soon, too bold, or simply outside the commercial scope for the moment. We aim to share the potential of the unpublished. No rejected ideas but proposals for the future. Some of the objects may still go into production. Others may remain in limbo. But all of them represent alternate futures for domestic life.

Our goal is to create a space where the public and the design community can engage with the works and each other in a real life scenario of a living room. Let us start a conversation about what is excluded from production, and what these unproduced designs can tell us about values, industry rhythms, and so far unseen directions.
